Packet Delay

End-to-end packet delay consists of transmission delay, propagating delay, processing delay, queueing delay, packetization/de-packetization delay, and playout buffer delay. (Sun, 2004)

Packet Loss

By using Wireshark, click Telephony-RTP-RTP Streams. Select forward and reverse direction of the VoIP call, you can see Source Address and Destination Address columns. After selecting the two directions, click Analyze.
